Facilities Management covers our on going service commitment and ranges from general maintenance, repairs and minor relocations. This service is available on a task or a routine basis to ensure professional interiors are maintained to a high standard.
We cater for all aspects of Facilities Management including churn, energy management, premises maintenance and alterations. Utilising information provided from your own records or from surveys carried out by Fresh Interiors, an FM strategy is agreed and implemented by our experienced team.
Our Facilities Management service also covers energy management, Health & Safety, DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) obligations, Local Authority Approvals and premises cost analysis.
On a more detailed level we can manage data & voice services, signage, removals, waste management and site maintenance.
