Long standing clients Alcatel Lucent needed to relocate some of their staff to new offices in the City. Based on an initial specification, we provided premises assessments and quotes for various sites in London. This enabled Alcatel to chose the right location and we went about designing an office layout that maximized space productivity, and existing services.
Working closely with the Facilities Manager, Cannon Davis installed company branding in the build in an understated and inexpensive manner, which really made the company presence felt.
We made sure that Building Control Regulations were embedded into the design ensuring no delays were incurred waiting for local Authority Approval, as Alcatel needed to move in as quickly as possible. Our contractors have a proven track record for perfect results, best practice and reliability, and as usual the team completed the fit out with lots of time to spare, so our client could relax and focus on what was important to them.
Their new offices function better on every level and our premises assessment proved a relocation was the right solution.
